hrh118
Initially when the Kickstarter campaign started Jack said he was able to squeeze a Pmod connector onto the Papilio Duo PCB. Did a Pmod connector make it into the final version of the PCB? If not any suggestions on how to connect a Pmod device to a Papolio Duo? Jack Gassett
Hello Howard, One PMOD connection did make it onto the final version of the board, but I have never tested it as I don't own any PMOD's yet... Please look at this link, the highlighted section on the bottom made it into the final board and should accept a PMOD. Please let me know how it goes if you give it a try. Jack. hrh118
Helo Jack. Thank you for your reply. In looking at the Pin Out Schematic and the PCB board layout it is not obvioud to me whch pins are designated for use with a 6 pin Pmod connector. I woud appreciate a few hints. Howard
SteveT
It looks fairly obvious to me. The wing socket at the back right (looking at the Duo from the top with the USB sockets towards you) does dual duty as a PMOD socket. Wings are normally 4x3, you drop the back row of the Wing socket and add the 4 new pins for power and ground.
hrh118
Thank you SteveT, After you showed me where to look I can see why you said it iis obvious. Howard
