offroad, I had already thought of your suggestion as a solution and rejected it because it would look 'tacky'. If it's buried in the back of the sock drawer who's gonna know. An advantage of soldering a pigtail to the board is that I can work the switch with the Logic shield on, which under normal circumstances, I can't even see. I can also use a toggle switch which are more reliable the a slider, plus I've already got a ton of them on the shelf. Hugh

smithh started following Windows cannot find file error, Question about SW1 on Duo and I Broke my DUO

Just got my DUO and LogicStart Shield, plugged it in for test fit, then decided to work on the DUO first. While seperating the DUO and shield I broke the slide switch, the one in the top right corner next to the OSC chip. I would like; A) I send you the DUO and you fix it. You send me a new switch and I'll fix it. C) You send me the MFG name and part#. D) ??????????? I will, of course, cover any costs involved. Thank you for your help during my time of crisis. Hugh

Hi Karthix, I'm experincing the same problem you had. Mine is a little different, "cannot find 'file://C:\Program'". I've looked all over for anything searching for "C:\Program" to no avail. I checked all the suggestions that Jack posted and they are all good. I was wondering if you ever resolved your error and what was the solution. Anyone else have any ideas?

Alvie, James Thanks for your inputs. Right now I can't get DesignLab to work. When I do I'm going to chech the SmartMatrix circuit. I may have to down size my goals. Hugh

Hi Jack, I'm new to papilio, specificialy the DUO, and I'm excited about your HDMI wing. I want to do an LED wall made up of mix and match 32x32, 16x32, ...matrix panels. I've got some questions. Is the wing HDMI input, output, or both. What I need is HDMI input with 24 bit RGB output to the DUO. It goes without saying that I want it yesterday. Realisticly speakng, when will the wing be available? Hugh
