Speeder12
I posted a reply to the pther question. Does papilio loader not work on Windows 10? What are the pther options available? How do I program the papilio?
Jack Gassett
Hello Speeder12, It seems to be a driver problem, I have papilio loader working on three different Windows 10 devices but I had to play around with the drivers before it would work. If the video that I made for what I did to get it to work is not working for you then the only thing I did differently was to disable device driver signing. I know it doesn't make sense that that would fix it, but it is the only thing that I did that I didn't document in the video I made... I will try to contact FTDI today to see if they have any more information, after all the Papilio driver is just the FTDI drivers with the VID/PID changed... Jack. Jack Gassett
Can you try to use the latest version of the FTDI drivers that are certified for Windows 10 and see if that helps? You will want to remove the Gadget Factory drivers and then install the latest FTDI drivers from:http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/CDM/CDM%20v2.12.12%20WHQL%20Certified.exe Or,http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/D2XX.htm Unfortunately I don't have any Windows 10 computers that are not working to test with anymore... Jack Gassett
Hello Speeder, Any luck? I'm sorry I don't have more answers to this problem at the moment. I would have to completely rebuild one of the Windows 10 computers to do recreate the problem... Jack.
